22 June flight to Mthatha cancellation

This complaint is regarding ....Flight SA 8755 that was due to depart OR Tambo at 15h25 on 22 June 2015. We boarded the flight and were to to get off as we cannot land in Mthatha because of safety issues (not enough emergency vehicles in Mthatha). SAA simply told us it is not their fault but ACSA's. The staff members sent to talk to us were not interested in our commitments and the inconvenience caused. There were 60 of us and we were told that only 37 passengers can be accommodated on a flight departing 23rd June at 06h20. Please that were not from Johannesburg were not offered accommodation and left to sort themselves out.<br> <br> This kind of service is totally unacceptable. Especially for SAA to say that it is not their fault when we are their clients.
