2 day sale but can't buy ticket

I received an email about a fabulous 2 day sale of flights. I am interested in the return flight to PE for R1138. Everytime I go in to the website to book, it won't accept the destination of PE, so I called the call centre - twice. Both times I was cut off - first time I spoke to Nolatando and the second time to Salome. I am calling from a cell phone, so how many times do I keep trying? Maybe it's a sale without you being able to buy any tickets. They get the promotional aspect and we can't buy cheap tickets. So why advertise if you make the tickets impossible to buy?
