15 hours of boredom

May 12 flight UA7225 i left JHB for NY on SAA. A 15 hour flight and twice they had to reset the entertainment system and still mine and my mom next to me didnt' have sound the whole flight. The staff couldn't care less.<br> coming back 31 may from ny to JHB flight UA7226 AGAIN the entertainment system doesn't work. Both my mom and mine cut off during a movie and never came back on again. This included the music not working too.<br> We paid a small fortune with these flights and every time I use SAA the entertainment system is useless. There are no USB plugs like all other planes and as we were landing the aircon started dripping water on us. <br> I need compensation. This is a total disregard for my money and a waste of of over 20 hours. Why are you still in business???<br>
