15 hours no entertainment

So I flew 15 hours from New York to Joburg, in a flight that had a non-functioning entertainment system barely one month after flying from Dubai to Joburg in a flight with exactly the same problem. What is going on with SAA? They are a shell of what they used to be. It is really sad how this has turned out. Their competitors are beating them hands down, both in terms of service and quality, right now. The ONLY thing they have going for them are direct flights to RSA, but even that is starting to get outweighed by the negatives.
