I have contacted this company, the lady I dealt with goes by the name Angelique Norton. She is the most unprofessional and ******** person I have ever come across, My spouse and I, had no choice but to give our Yorkies up for adoption, due to relocating overseas. That process was rather "okay" up till the collection part. Although, we had lost contact of the new owner due to change of cell numbers abroad and the Yorkies were a big part of our lives, We have contacted Angelique numerous times, she has read all messages but ignored, All we ask is to know how they are doing, and a photo from time to time, as they were like Children to us, it has been several months, trying to get the contact for their current owners again. (Which she initially gave to us, when she found that the current owners were interested in adopting them) I find it extremely silly of her. We decided to at least settle for some photos and videos as their birthdays had just passed, she just says, she "will find out how they are doing now" and will ask the owner If she "may send some pics" Like what is this? Is love a Crime? Does she have a heart or understand the bonds people develop with their pets? She makes it seem as if we are Strangers, she has no sense of consideration, or empathy. We have cried days and nights waiting for a contact or some kind of media to know that they are okay and in good hands, and all she does is ignore us. Nevertheless She reads all messages on WhatsApp. She is extremely inconsiderate and selfish and does not deserve the support of the community. She will make it very difficult for you to obtain any kind of information from her due to her severe ignorance. Please kindly seek alternative Yorkie Organizations. Dealing with this Organization, has been one of the biggest mistakes of our lives.
