Just no feedback

Don't get me wrong i still think what you are doing for the little yorkies is wonderful but a bit of feedback would have been nice i sent an application knowing it could also be rejected but earlier i asked if my application was declined could i still later apply ? Why was it declined is there anything i could to to improve ? But i received no feedback
