Could this be legit?

I've just had a strange experience with SA Yorkie rescue. Angelique interviewed me, asked for a video of my home and then asked me to pay R1600 adoption fee without physically viewing two yorkies. She was very pleasant throughout the process but insisted that I pay for dogs I have not seen. I declined as I felt uncomfortable with the process as I felt this is likely to be a ****. Just warning other people to be careful out there.
