Events company fail to refund payment

This company organized a wedding show in Port Elizabeth for October. Unexpected email appears last week saying that the show/expo in PE has to be cancelled and our monies will be refunded 30 June 2015. Since yesterday their website is down, Facebook is off, cell phones off. If this is not a **** (which I am fearing it is) then their actions, service levels and promises leave me with a severe bad taste in my mouth.
