Well-sealed roof

SA Waterproofing re-did our flat roof in August last year, before the rains began. The technique they used was the torch-on method, using imported roll-on membrane, where they offer a 10-year guarantee. With the heavy and, on occasions, persistent rains we have had this summer there has not been the slightest sign of any water getting into the house.
