Utterly disappointing services

Dear All,

I went to visit my parents in Pretoria this weekend and what a HUGE disappointment to see, yet again, the half work done by SA Waterproofing.

After the mess they made the first time and pleading with them to come and fix it, They come with yet again more empty promises and of course charging an additional fee for the services to correct the mess THEY made the first time. I must say, I am really shocked that you are still in business.

The paint you used the second time do not match the paint you used the first time on the outside of the house - making it look like a circus from the outside, and then after waterproofing the walls with according to you "the best product on the market" , the water damage still get clearer and clearer by the day.

And as they are not on social media, they just have to accept the mess you made as they do not have any more money to fix it! Do you have no shame in *********** pensioners who puts their trust in you and all of your empty promises??

Will definitely NEVER recommend you to any future client.
