Unable to fix a leak
This is the second complaint on SA Waterproofing. After my complaint in February the team came out and 'repaired' the roof again. The first rains after the repair, it started to leak again. I have a ceiling that looks terrible and I cannot repair it until the roof is sorted out. When I called SA Waterproofing, I was told to send an email and the team will come out again. With 27 years experience, I should not be told that sometimes it is a 'hit and a miss'. When I asked about a refund, I was told there would be none. Needless to say I have lost all faith in SA Waterproofing and now have to incur further costs to repair the roof.

We had the impression that the service was complete and signed-off.

I emailed you on 22 Feb stating that there is still a leak. You rep**** on the same day saying the office will contact me to arrange a date. By the 9th March, I did not get any call from your office and emailed you again with no response. If you like I can send you the email trail.
