Shoddy workmanship and sub standard materials

To add insult to injury regarding my most unsatisfactory contract with SA Waterproofing, the area that was supposedly waterproofed by them leaked very badly afterwards. The contractor that took over the project originally undertaken by SA Waterproofing was obliged to completely re-do the work, at considerable extra cost to myself. The \torch on"material was not properly app**** by SA Waterproofing and water seeped in underneath. The work carried out by SA Waterproofing was of such a poor standard that it could not be repaired.
