Dear all, please not that i had to award ONE star to gain entry to do a rating., hence the ONE star. Beware of doing business with SA Waterproofing and/or the ONE and ONLY Director Darrel band. His modus operandi is to quote very low, then get his hands on the deposit, buy some material, start the job, complete some sub-standard work, and then find any imaginary reason(s) to increase the price. If you do not pay the additional deposit asked for, he abandon site, and leave you with a damaged roof, and then uses the situation to hold you at ransom. If you then try and find an alternative waterproofing company to complete the work, you become aware that you have been ****med. BE AWARE!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT GET CAUGHT !!! Even his membership of the GMBA wont help you, none of the Waterproofing associations would currently allow him as member, due to various similar complaints over the past years. Piet du Plessis ***
