Dispicable service from Darrel and Julian at SA Waterproofing

<p>What does it take to get a company to honour their workmanship under their guarantee? 2 years ago, we had SA Waterproofing undertake a major project at our home. Some of the leaking that they repaired has reoccurred, so we called on them to make good under the terms of the guarantee that they issued. We have been hounding them for 3 months to come and complete the work, to no avail!!! Well Darrell and Julian, you can now expect a letter from our attorneys. We have had enough!!! How you can run your company and treat your customers like this is beyond me. Your company and service need to be red flagged and rest assured we will shout from all forms of social media that SA Waterproofing is the last company to employ when you need waterproofing done. </p>
