10-year guarantee worth nothing

The service received from this company is shocking. They fixed my roof on 25 June 2021 (Job/ invoice number 2091), and my roof is still leaking. They've sent their teams out three times already, every time after a huge fight to get them there, and my roof is still not fixed. I tried to contact one of the directors regarding this, they don’t even return my calls. They Issue a very fancy “10-year guarantee certificate”, which isn’t even worth the paper it is written on. This company is a joke, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody!
