SA VENUES SUCK
I requested a quote from them (First time to use them) received the quote for the accommodation, paid the deposit and then I am told that the quote was wrong and I have to pay the higher amount or be refunded. I took the refund, but will never use them again. BYE BYE SA VENUES

We are so sorry you had this unfortunate experience. The property's rates are drawn from their live booking system where they manage their rates. They were not aware that they had loaded the rates incorrectly until your booking was received. The same rates were being shown on all of the online booking portals. Unfortunately mistakes do happen. The property could not afford the loss of trade so we had no choice but to offer our assistance in finding an alternative, or to refund you immediately, but if you have any suggestions on how we could have better dealt with the error please do let us know.
