Poor Service Delivery

I would like to educate all in sundry to not make use of their services ever as they are *********** in securing a payment which was paid today.<br> <br> We have made several attempts to make an appointment and sent an email out online on Saturday asking confirmation of the availability. We then received a notice of confirmation that the unit was available and made payment in due course.<br> <br> We were then requested to provide this service with proof of payment after we informed them that we accepted the quote and are now told that the unit is no longer available.<br> <br> WE NOW INSIST ON A REFUND with immediate effect and will never make use of this service ever again. Tania's attitude is appalling and unprofessional to say the least as this unit was available this morning until we made payment, and now all of a sudden it is not available??<br> <br> Please be ware of institutions like this and do not make use of their services.
