Worst service!

The worst! Filed a claim May 2024 and I was given a list of Panelbeaters to choose from and I did 3 quotations and went with the cheapest one. They then turned around and said they don't work with the very same company they referred me to. They requested the company to submit some documents and a week later when I enquired about the hold up they said they are still waiting for the documents and will update me. It's been over 9 months and now that I enquire about this they are making it a me problem...and now they've rejected my torn seat claim with the reason that it's wear and tear. I've requested for my policy documents 3 times and no one is sending anything to me....very frustrating. I wouldn't recommend anyone to take a plan with them.
