Very Poor service from Sa Vm

POOR SERVICE!!!I will never recommend their service. At first encounter I was told that my claim must not exceed certain amount. Now im told tht my claim is Declined cause of a Dent that does not Exceed 15cm. I had to use a ruler to measure my dent myself and it's under the 15cm. I am very furious. I had to call them myself until they registered my claim. They didn't even call me they sent a lousy email to decline my request. When I call their customer service before 4pm they don't pick up their calls.
