Unfairly rejected claim. Professional ****mers
I got scratch on my bumper and fender...got quote, photos and all. Then I was rejected for length of scrath, had to take other photos with a ruler on the part. The next excuse was that a fender n bumper is one thing and therefore the scratch is over 15cm. The car sales person dd me dirty by adding such a policy and I can't even cancel since it's part of my monthly premiums to the bank...that time they refuse to help. And sadly am nt the only 1
