The claim was for a dent on the left side of the fender, drove to the panelbeater in order fro them to take the pictures and they were sent to the insurer

The claim was for a dent on the left side of the fender, drove to the panelbeater in order fro them to take the pictures and they were sent to the insurer. However they kept on asking for the same pictures to be sent. Which was an inconvinience to me because i had to drive back to the panelbeater to take more pictures, i even took pictures myself to send them. The response was not very prompt, i believe my claim was finalised because i returned the premium and cancelled the debit order. This was done merely to retain a client who was fed up that's it.
