Terrible Service and too long to deal with claims

Absolutely disgusting service!!

This company made me do all the hard work in getting quotes from companies who do the repairs and then took a whole month to give me a rejection letter after confirming that those types of repairs were covered by them

Every time i called the claims department they had a better excuse as to why I hadn’t received feedback and kept telling me I would receive an email in the next 5 minutes - an hour but never did!!
