Service very poor
Service very poor. Some agents don't care, and even supervisors don't attend to complaints sent to them... submitted claim on the 20th of May and had to follow up every day for it to be finalized on 03/06. I am not going to renew the policy because of the service I received. Siyabonga Tshabalala was the only person (agent) that did his job perfectly 👌 and he deserves recognition 👏
