SAVM poor service

Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars that is how bad their service are. When this policy was sold to me I was told it was for small dents and small scratches INCLUDING SMALL DAMAGES TO THE INTERIOR OF MY CAR AND SEATS. March I submitted a claim for the stitching on the passenger seat that came loose and the damage on the driver seat , both caused by wear and tear on getting into and out of the vehicle. The claim was rejected on the grounds that was outside the scope of the policy. This seems like a *****ulent money-making scheme . It is the same when you claim for a leak on the ridge of your house roof and there are leaves in the gutters. The insurance usually declines the claim as they say the leaves in your gutter caused the leak as WATER CAN FLOW UPHILL. Insurance is a legal *****ulant system and the insurers know it. I will not advise paople to make use of SAVM.
