SAVM does everything in their power not to pay you the R3000 amount you have at your disposal. I took my car to dent experts who assessed and quoted my car ensuring everything is within standards to be covered by SAVM .. apparently the Authorization "professionals" thought they not best, not only delayed my Authorization... But rejected to as they thought it exceeded the 15cm amount.. causing huge frustration and major loss of time and fuel spent to do the assessment with actually professionals in person. I would not have filed the claim if it fell outside of the 15cm spec. I called a total of 7 times across 6 days (turn around time was 24/48 hours according to SAVM customer support... More time wasting.. I will not be renewing my plan with these people.. absolutely horrible experience.
