Renewtech / SAVM pathetic
I have been struggling for 4-5 months to claim for small scratches. I had pictures taken thrice already. I can’t believe Toyota signed up with such a pathetic company. I am entitled to a quarterly R5,000 benefit. No benefit has been given to me. I have sent so many emails and I am getting tired calling them. Legal action will follow, they leave me no choice. Very bad service. Time wasters.
