Poor unprofessional bad service

I logged a claim in August 2026,since then my claim has not never been processed. I have written emails and made calls, no one comes back to me. Everytime I make a follow up I'm told my photos are clear. I sent photos via email 2 times and also via WhatsApp And recently when I make a follow up no one is responding to me. Worse part yesterday I received an sms that my policy with them will be cancelled as it is coming to end. I'm very unhappy with their service.
