Poor service

The company has become an *********** company now lately, the service is very bad, communication to them is not the key , you log a claim no one will call or even email for the progress of your claim, till you decide to call for a follow up of which you will be taken from pillar to post with an attitude, and worse after that up and down you will be told that the system is taking time to update and hence your claim can’t be approved. It’s just a hell of nonsense that I encountered with my claim till the last minute of giving up the Lady called Lerato was so humble and did all she could to finally approve my claim. She is one of the kind in that company she is the only person that seems to understand the clientele.
