Poor claims handling despite covered policy
I am very disappointed with my experience claiming with SAVM. My claim relates to something that is clearly listed in my policy schedule, yet it was not honoured. Communication was frustrating, and I feel the policy was interpreted against me unfairly. I expected better service and clarity from a company I trusted.
