Absolutely terrible service received. I am still puzzled as to how they assess the length of a scratch from a picture. Firstly, I had to drive to find service provider for repairs as their details are outdated and repairers have moved location or contact details have changed. Once i went to the two repairers for the quote they advised that renewtech is the biggest **** of SA as they have had numerous clients claims rejected. I thought well maybe might I be one of the lucky ones. If you have cover from them immediately cancel or call your finance provider and cancel this as it is a waste of money. I wish there was an option for no stars for this sham.
