I bought a renault triber in 2023 which comes with a scratch and dent maintenance plan included. The policy say they will repair your scratch or dent but it must not exceed 15cm in depth or length. 2 Weeks ago my car got sctratch by another vechle. After contacting savm and sending them quotations the claim has been rejected on grounds of the damage exceed 15cm. I took photos with a measuring tape to convince and proof to them the damage is not exceeding 15cm. In leghth or depth. Also no torn parts are on my car. They told me they cant fix my car. The bad thing also was on that same day that i put in my claim one of thete consultant informed me I am still have another policy and need to cancel that. I forgot about unlimited with who I had a good business relationship but because I am now in with them(savm) who was going to fix my problem I decided to cancel unlimited. Now I'm struggling to get my car fixed. But they get payed for this policy via my car premiuim. I feel they are conning people and don't stick to there policy and promise. How many people pay on a monthly basis and have to fix there cars out of there pockets.
