I'm happy with the outcome but not happy with having to chase up for feedback
I'm happy with the outcome but not happy with having to chase up for feedback. Only after I follow up do I receive feedback which is not customer friendly. Please work on your response rate, I feel that 24-72 hours is fair, saving customers from having to chase up on feedback.
