Horrible cover ever!!!!!!!

I have been paying for scratch and dent coverage for the past four years. However, when I tried to file a claim, I was informed that the scratch was over 15 cm in length. I obtained a repair quote, which amounts to R4000, and falls within the coverage limit. Despite this, they have still refused to pay for the repairs. I am extremely disappointed with this plan and would not recommend it to anyone. Even the service providers they suggested for the quote warned me that the company doesn't honor claims. I am now requesting a full refund of my premiums or a percentage of them and wish to terminate my association with them.
