False Pretentious

Hi Good day I bought a new car and I was told a can add the dent and scratch for extra cost and I did as a dent and scratch can happen at anytime even if it's not even you fault. I was told they will pay R3000 per Quarter with no mention that I must use listed Panelbeaters of there list.

So the day of the Cape Town storm my car got damaged and it was not my fault. I got the quotes as instructed my qoutes the cheapest was R2800 less than there payout ,there listed supply qouted me R7130,my Insurance access fee is than R5000 so its cheaper so what I'm I paying for.

They rejected my cheaper quote of R2800.

Like I said they asked me do I want the dent and scratch cover for extra amount I will get R3000 per quarter I said yes so why was my claim with less R3000 being rejected.
