****ed up service.
Stay away from these people, possibly the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I requested to cancel my policy with them and have been ****ed around so, even to the point where they tell me my handwriting does not match. It's been 4 weeks now and no positive response. Sorry for the delay, someone will call you is all I get. I can only imagine how frustrating it will be to put in a claim against the policy for repairs. It makes sense why there is over 1000 complaints on hello peter.
