Disappointed
I made a claim for scratches and dent with SAMV, on the month of July, followed all the process, sent them pictures and quotes used the WhatsApp number provided still there was no response, I would call they would give instructions and I’d follow,
Till today the 15 August 2025, no communication about my claim, maybe they are waiting for 30 to lapse so that they will tell me to start over, this is not fair, and they expect me to renew this policy
