Desperate for Help from SA Vehicle Maintenance (SAVM)

Started out as a terrific service, slowly things started to go bad. So many failed promises and so many things said but nothing done. Once I secured a quote from them, I was asked to make payment as the quote was greater then the cover provided in the policy.

I made payment and all of a sudden, they are nowhere to be seen. Constant emails sent to Boitemelo, Lerato, Penelope and Authorisations BUT nobody bothered replying to me. I called two days ago (4th Feb), spoke to a gentleman who had the decency to call me back, he told me the credit department need to verify my payment (Made on 3rd Feb) and this whole issue would be sorted on the 5th Feb and also said he would call me to confirm. This hasn't been done and the vehicle needs to be booked in.
