Dent and scratch’s claims
I’m not happy at all with the treatment from SAVM. When you phone them, they don’t answer calls. I submitted a claim for small dents and scratches, and they said the pictures were unclear. Even when you take new ones, they still reject it. But when it’s time to deduct money from my account every month, they never hasitate. I’m disgusted and fed up.
