I had claimed but they never attended my claim . Which I had to drive 3 places of their approved workshops but only 1 responded to them with the cotation that is within the budget of R5000. But the other two kept saying they will send but they didn't. So I emailed SAVM to request them if can't they process since atleast we have one workshop responded till today they want 2 cotations and I kept going back to others they don't want to send me anything.it is very unfair to be deducting but you can't atleast have mercy to help me so I demand a full refund so that I can fix this car.
