Cancellation of Policy

I cancelled my policy because I did not see the need for it. And the claiming process is so complicated. I have to go find quotations on my own and all that, instead of them recommending just one specific quote they trust for me to take my car there. I paid the policy for the whole year and I have nothing to show for it, they were just gaining while I am losing that is why I cancelled the policy.
