BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!

I submitted a claim with all relevant documents.

Few days later they asked for the same documents, i sent again.

i did a follow up 2 days later only to be told i should resubmit the same documents AGAIN!

The person im dealing with is Lerato Kegoriloe and now she/he has stopped responding to my emails.

How can you submit the same documents thrice?? Please do your work!
