Awaiting claim authorization since 10 December 2025
I had a mishap and accidentally scratched my wife's car the 9th of December 2025.
Logged a claim, took the car to panelbeater for quote as per claim procedure, send pictures etc. Got a VAT invoice as the scratch repair was above the policy threshold which I paid. It's mid February after numerous calls and bull **** excuses I'm still waiting for my authorization document. Was told 5 minutes ago I'll get it in 1 hr?🤠Stay away from these guys.. There's brilliant similar companies doing same work as SAVM. SAVM you giving the honest companies a BAD NAME!
