10 Day Processing Time Rule and Feedback
They have a 10 day processing time rule for application otherwise you have to reapply
But if you submit your documents on time and they take their sweet time to process , you still find your application cancelled with no explanation or sms or call or email.
Rules must apply on both ends. I must submit my claim stuff withing 10 working Days and authorization crew too must process also within 10 working days
Besides updates on the online portal , an sms or WhatsApp / automated email to acknowledge receipt of Doc or inform you awaiting approval or reason for rejection would be appreciated
