Do NOT do business with SA Vehicle Detailing - Refund not paid

On the 12th of August 2019 I had arranged with Patrick from SA Vehicle Detailing via their booking process to detail two vehicles which was confirmed and acknowledged as well as paid in full (R2900). I had additionally mentioned that I was traveling through from Cape Town to JHB over that week and confirmed that all would be in order when I did arrive. Due to having been there only for that week, I had their commitment that their team would be able to start the detail at 8am, which again was paid for in full I must add. - this unfortunately has not happened. They failed to arrive on the day and have further not provided me with a refund. I am extremely disappointed for not having received my refund as yet as services have not been rendered. I have tried calling Patrick multiple times since then regarding my refund but they have chosen to ignore my calls or block my number, messages and emails. It is very important that potential customers are made aware of my experience with their business and also the great difficulty to get a refund especially where there is NO service rendered. I will be getting my lawyers involved especially given that there is a direct violation from a CPA perspective.
