**** ****m...not realible Traveling agent

Hello Peter We HV booked thru travel house SA around ...June .our first Payment was on the 8th July R5250...receipt was emailed to me ...second payment 06 August...after that I was promised that they will send booking confirmation in 2 weeks time...as we were scheduled to check in at Pine Lake resort on the 26th to 29 Nov...2021...late Sep I contacted them ..they said ...the supplier already sent the confirmation...it just need to be changed into my name...I was happy we prepared transport ... everything... October calls started to be ignored...whattsup not going thru...Nd the story was from the agent she had no phone ..she was on leave ...blah blah ..first week Nov...I stated to call everyday she said she is on it ...she will later ..send tomorrow...Nd the again they went AWOl..on me...2nd week I managed to get them ...now the story changed ..we were no longer going to Pinelake.. resorts...as they contract was terminated immediately...i was worried ...now...but the ladies said it's Ohk ...she said she will send options. ..for us that chose near ..the resort were suppose to go before . ...we were given Greenway.. resort image link ..that they HV a confirmation unit for us ..but only. ..not to get it... until... Wednesday which was 2 days ...before check inn....we mages to get the owner Gretchen Moodley...she Promised us the World..until we saw she was lying to us we asked for Refund until today she said she will send

I want to alert everyone that this company is still operating Nd active...this lady is continuing to **** people their had earned money...she is a smooth talker ...I tried to give a benefit of a doubt...that she will make a right thing until yesterday when she was no longer communicating with me....
