Shocking service

We used SA Travelbug in Noordhoek to arrange our Schengen visa’s..we dealt with Chelsey and Julie and really got no service from them..a lot of running around and lots of stress..they never provided a service or assistance and help at all yet they charged a fee of R3600!!!! They advised us incorrectly/not at all with regards to my daughter’s transit visa through Heathrow which cost us R4200 more than anticipated! I would never recommend this company!
