Do they exist??

Placed an order with them online on the 10th of January 2020 and received the order confirmation. 5 days later I have still had no feedback. I have tried contacting them but I constantly only get "there are no operators available to take the call". I emailed the owner as per the details listed on the website and to date have still not had a response. Starting to think this company is **********....
