Paid deposit, job never done!

Nothing arrived. We called and he made an excuse and promised following week- morning arrived. We then demanded a refund. He said ok and that payment would be done that day. Nothing. </p> <p> </p> <p>No our calls are being unanswered as well as emails. We are seeking a debt collector and would like everyone else de*****ed by this company to contact us so we can all get our money back.</p>
