DELIVERY OF PRODUCT TAKES FOREVER

We ordered a new trampoline mat and made payment on the 13th of December 2017. I explicitly told the lady I do not want to order if it is going to take weeks to deliver as I would rather have our old mat repaired locally. She assured me by email that it will take 7-14 working days but she would make sure our order gets to the factory before they close for the holidays. It is now the 22nd of January and no word from SA Trampoline! I have to add that when we bought the first trampoline from the in December 2012 for our son's birthday in January 2013, they also delivered 3 weeks late.....so he got his birthday present 3 weeks late. MORAL OF THE STORY? Do not order anything from SA Trampoline if you are not prepared to wait at least 6 weeks for it!
