Bad service

We send in our trampoline for repair more than a month ago. They let us know we can collect it . We were at Hannes place where sa trampoline is situated and was told that the landlord has locked down his place. We phone him and was told he is not available and we can get hold of him via email. We send a few email and stil no respons .
